Vic Frost

2004 Inductee

Vic Frost began driving when just 15yo, and he ended up winning 5 Harold Park Drivers Premierships and was the first Aussie driver to win over 100 races in a season.

Well known for his partnership with Lucky Creed, Vic steered him to 20 of his then record 24 consecutive victories and won the Miracle Mile on him in 1970.

In 1972 he represented Australia at the World Driving Championship in the US.

Frost also won two Miracle Miles with his star pacer, three time Grand Circuit champion Westburn Grant who went on to take out the 1992 Interdominion in Melbourne.

Other top liners he trained and drove were Area Code, Glenns Thunder and Misty Maiden, who beat the colts in an Australian Derby.
